- Dial *#06#. An EID under the IMEI means the phone can take an eSIM.
- iPhone XS and later, Pixel 3 and later, Galaxy S20 and later, with exceptions.
- A phone bought on contract may be locked. Your operator unlocks it, usually free.

What is an eSIM?
A SIM card your phone downloads instead of one you put in. You scan a code, the plan installs, and your own SIM stays where it is.
How do I install my eSIM?
Open your phone's settings, add an eSIM and scan the QR code from your email. It takes about two minutes, and the plan starts when you land.
Which devices are compatible?
Most phones made since 2019, including iPhone XS and later, Pixel 3 and later and Galaxy S20 and later. The phone must also be unlocked.
Do I keep my WhatsApp number?
Yes. WhatsApp, iMessage and your other apps stay on your usual number. The eSIM only carries the data.
What happens when my data runs out?
We email you before it does, and you can top up the same eSIM without installing anything new.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, as long as the eSIM has not been installed or activated. Once it is installed, we refund it only if it cannot connect because of a network fault.
